At KIM+ONO, we want you to be completely in love with your purchase. If your silk robe or accessory isn't the perfect fit, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully fold your silk items and place them back in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags remain attached and the garment is in new condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return mailer.

• 4.
  Ship and Receive Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once our team inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
